FirstShelf.AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform specialising in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—the practice of optimising e-commerce product listings to increase visibility and citation likelihood in AI-powered systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other large language models (LLMs).
Our Service provides the following core features:
The Service is designed for e-commerce sellers across all platforms (Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and others) and all product categories.
To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at Email us.

FirstShelf.AI offers three subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Each subscription tier includes specific monthly usage limits. Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused allocations do not roll over to subsequent months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your paid access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier. We do not prorate or credit unused time remaining in your billing cycle.
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final and non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law.
Specifically, this means:
Statutory exceptions. Refunds are only provided where required under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a statutory refund, contact us at Email us within 14 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.
You retain all ownership rights to the product listing content, images, and other materials you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FirstShelf.AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, analyse, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Content generated by our AI optimisation tools (including rewritten titles, descriptions, tags, and generated images) is provided for your use without additional licensing fees. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content and any AI-generated content you implement complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and the terms of service of your e-commerce platforms.
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and intellectual property of the Service—including the FirstShelf Score™ methodology, Text GEO Metrics algorithms, user interface design, and underlying software—are owned by FirstShelf.AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
FirstShelf.AI provides optimisation recommendations and analysis based on our understanding of how AI systems process and cite content. We do not and cannot guarantee specific results, citation frequencies, improved visibility, or increased sales. AI system behaviours change over time and are outside our control.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You must review all AI-generated content before use and are solely responsible for any content you publish.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FirstShelf.AI and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription (if applicable) and contacting us to request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FirstShelf.AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FirstShelf.AI regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
